Returns: MaidenShade items may be returned for a refund, minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, postmarked within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Any damage that occurred during shipping is not our responsibility so please insure your order and contact the shipper directly for any claims. Please contact us and tell us why you are returning the item. We will contact you with instructions. Refunds: If you paid for your order through Pay Pal, your refund will be sent to you through Pay Pal. Orders paid by credit card, check or money order will be refunded by check.
