This 18" x15" piece is constructed of vintage and new fabrics which have been aged. Rich and intricate this art collage is built layer upon layer, and is embellished with both new and vintage items like the antique petite drawer pull, faux pearls and assorted handmade papers.
Organic, earthy, and tactile these works ask to be experienced with all of your senses. Constructed using assemblage and collage techniques, incorporating resurrected public domain images that have been digitally altered, items like stones, feathers and other natural finds, beads; hand dyed, distressed fabric; handmade paper and a variety of mixed media materials. It is hung via a loop on its back.
