SHIPPING

MaidenShade shipping is provided through either the USPS or UPS. Items purchased with personal checks, e-checks, or money orders will ship when such payments have cleared the bank.

PAYMENT

1. We are happy to be able to offer PayPal as the recipient of on-line credit card and PayPal payments. You do not have to open an account with PayPal to use their service. PayPal offers secure credit card transactions so you can safely use a credit card online. If you'd prefer, we can process a credit card order over the phone as well. We use ProPay to process our credit card payments both on MaidenShade.com, in our store, or at shows. These two credit card options are available for all payment methods described below.
2. You may call with an order (if we are helping another customer, you can leave a detailed message and we'll return your call).
3. You may mail in your order. Enclose your order with your check or money order (please allow extra time for delivery, call or email us for mailing instructions).
4. You can send us an e-mail or fax: include your order, complete contact information, and specify payment preference.

Additional images of MaidenShade lights or other products can be provided so you that can better view the fabric and trim detail, specific scenes and elements on the lights; see an item from different angles, and to get perspective by seeing it next to a ruler or a hand -- whatever you need to be able to better appreciate the unique qualities of these lamps, night lights, and lampshades.
